This week, the company began legal proceedings in the Federal Court in Canberra aimed at blocking websites run by year-old Dave Evans that show pictures of men posing suggestively in the tiny swimming trunks, and often out of them. Speedo claims that the "nudity and graphic sexual content" on the aussiespeedoguy websites is offensive and that the regular use of the word Speedo represents breach of copyright.

Swimsuit giant Speedo is taking legal action against a bisexual blogger for using its name in a number of gay porn sites. The company lodged the trademark infringement lawsuit in Sydney, Australia, earlier this week against Dave Evans, who calls himself aussiespeedoguy.
