The multidisciplinary team meets to evaluate patients and develop an individualized, coordinated and integrated treatment plan for each patient. The team can help patients and their families with all aspects of reconstructive surgery and post-op care related to their conditions. The team provides care from infancy to young adulthood as many craniofacial conditions require attention over time to changing issues related to growth and development. During a new patient evaluation, as much time as needed is spent with the family so no questions are left unanswered.
